The Board of Directors
Le Conseil d’Administration est en charge de la gestion stratégique de la Compagnie. Il est composé de cinq (05) administrateurs et présidé par Madame Emilienne PATINDE. The powers of the Board of Directors are defined in the Company's bylaws. It is vested with the broadest powers, in particular with respect to
- the definition of the main orientations ;
- the exercise of permanent management control by the General Manager;
- the closing of the accounts for each financial year;
- the adoption of the Company's budget.
